Below is a standard letter of appointment which sets out the details of appointment including information, materials and documents given to a governor on appointment. Copies of all documents and training materials are either on the website or a link where they can be accessed is given below.

The websites also provide updates and current information on all aspects of the FE Sector including governance, government policy and legislation as well as giving information on external training available to governors.
With regard to internal training, towards the end of each academic year governors are asked to complete a training needs analysis form notifying the Clerk of issues for which they would like further information/training. This training is then provided during the following academic year.
