ABSOLUTE ABS - Gym Based Session
Tired of the same old ab workouts that don’t get you the results you want? Using new innovative ideas, strengthen your abdominals with ultimate core conditioning and get ready for the summer with tight torsos and toned abs.

ACCUMULATOR
A structured pyramid programme, building up repetitions and targeting specific areas to help you achieve maximum results.

BOXERCISE
The biggest brand in boxing fitness brings you a stress busting classes with easy moves that are fun and help you develop hand-eye coordination, stamina, strength and speed. Great for toning and enhancing muscle definition.

CIRCUITS
A simple and easy to follow class using effective exercises separated by short rest periods to achieve fat burning, body shaping and fast results. Suitable for all levels of fitness to improve mobility, strength
and stamina.

FUNCTIONAL PILATES
Using a combination of functional and Pilates based exercises to reinforce good movement patterns improving hip, knee and ankle alignment as well as engaging and strengthening your core muscles and posture.

GLADIATOR
Designed to push your limits. Using combinations of advanced training methods to overload your system and achieve maximum results.

H.I.T.T. Gym Based Sessions
High, Intensity, Interval, Training blending strength, conditioning, martial arts and functional training together into one explosive workout.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
Sculpt and tone your body through a variety of different exercises targeting the legs, bum and abdominals.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING
A class incorporating body and light weights training alongside cardio training. A class that works on aerobic and muscular endurance. A great way to get a full body workout.
