The new look Gray's Bistro at Hartlepool College of Further Education can offer the ideal environment for your needs.
We are open for breakfast or just a coffee with freshly baked scones as well as a fantastic lunch time menu.
Gray's Bistro is the training restaurant of Hartlepool College of Further Education. We have been in operation for the past thirteen years and is used to train the students of today to be the chefs and waiting staff of the future. It prepares them to enter one of the fastest growing sectors of the modern market place, the Hospitality Industry.

Lunch Service - 11.45am - 2.00pm
