Updates
June 2010 update:
- The steel frame is now complete and the full shape, outline and size of the building can be seen.
- The concrete floors are now complete to the East and Central block with the North block due for completion in the next 2 weeks.
- The masonry work to the workshops is well underway with shape and size of the rooms now apparent.
- The cladding works to the upper floors are now in progress with the building rapidly becoming "wrapped"
- The roof coverings are now almost complete to the East block with the Central block just starting
- The glazing and windows are also now being installed.
- The internal wall partitioning has also started on the upper floors which has enabled the M&E service installation to commence.
- The building is still on programme and will complete early next summer.
