Train to Gain is an impartial service dedicated to helping you improve the profitability and competitiveness of your business. Support is available for all business sizes and sectors and for social and voluntary organisations.
The Hartlepool College of Further Education's Business Enterprise Team provide:
· Free Organisational Needs Analysis to highlight skills gaps
· Sourcing of appropriate training solutions, workshops, short courses and bespoke training
· Sourcing of and application for funding
· Referral to Higher Level Skills
· Ongoing advice and support
NVQs
NVQ qualifications are available under the Train to Gain initiative and will not only enhance an employee's knowledge and competence in their job; they will also improve that employee's confidence and personal development. Employees are assessed and developed on-the-job so in most cases there is no need for them to be released from work to attend college.
