EVENT PACKAGES

As well as offering the physical location to host a conference or event, Hartlepool College also offers a unique package for the planning and delivery of every single detail and requirement. Working in partnership with celebrated radio personality, author and speaker Alan Wright (pictured below), our in-house events, creative and hospitality teams can not only offer you the room and resources you need, but also a bespoke scriptwriting service, an experienced Compère, a variety of hospitality options from finger buffet to silver service, design of presentation and printed materials, event photography and even a full video production service.

CORPORATE VIDEO PRODUCTION

The College's video productions have played an important part in many major events and presentations, setting mood, providing key information and reflecting messages and successes that add an impressive and high quality touch to any occasion. We offer a complete conceptualising, writing, filming, editing and post-production service for in-event broadcast, DVD or online distribution.

Clients include the NHS, Hartlepool Borough Council, the Hartlepool Partnership, Hartlepool Business Awards, HMS Trincomalee 1817, Hartlepool Tall Ships 2010, Orcel Sea Training, FE+, Tees Valley Engineering Partnership, Teesside University, Cleveland Police, Cleveland Fire Service, Audit North, Vertellus Specialities, Heerema, Huntsman, the North East Training Provider Network, and the TUC Workers' Memorial Day. The College also offers a graphic design service that can provide customised, idea focussed and unique promotional materials, advertising and presentations. Our creative team has decades of combined experience in the creative industries. In addition, we offer complete photography and creative copywriting services to enhance existing or provide bespoke content. Please note that these are specialised processes, and that adequate lead-in time is required.
