INSTRUCTOR/ASSESSOR - MOTOR VEHICLE

Full time, Permanent

Salary: £22,194 - £26,478 per annum

Applicants should have relevant industry experience and knowledge of the Motor Vehicle sector (light and heavy vehicles).  A minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant vocation is essential for this post, along with a teaching qualification or a willingness to undertake teaching and assessor’s qualifications within an agreed timescale.

WELFARE AND RETENTION MENTOR

Part Time (22.5 hours per week), Term Time Only (38 weeks per year)

Salary:   £8,854.29 - £9,354.67 per annum actual salary [based on £16,722 - £17,667 (full time equivalent) pts 11-13]

Hartlepool College of Further Education seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Welfare and Retention Mentor to join the Learner Services team working with students, parents, tutors and other relevant agencies to ultimately drive up attendance and retention of students.  

Applicants should have a minimum level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline along with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to show empathy in difficult situations.  The postholder will have a great appreciation of the challenges faced by young people.

PART TIME LECTURER - AAT

Salary:  £21.63 - £30.65 per hour (including holiday pay)

Hartlepool College of Further Education seeks to appoint Part Time Lecturers in AAT.  Applicants must have a teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards, along with a minimum level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline (AAT).  The postholder will have professional/vocational experience in the discipline of AAT/Accounting to enhance the learning experience for students.
