Hartlepool College of Further Education in partnership with Training Synergy recently entered into delivering property qualifications to estate and letting agents across the UK. 

The most recent project includes delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Property Letting and Management to over 100 candidates across the country at Whitegates, Parker Properties, Ellis and Co, C J Hole and AMRP Letting Agencies. The courses have been running with estate agencies from London to Newcastle and Bristol to Liverpool.  We are also delivering the Apprenticeship in the Sale of Residential Property to Hunters Estate Agents to over 45 candidates in North Yorkshire.

Historically, the sales and lettings market has not invested heavily in professional qualifications; however, this work-based qualification allows candidates to demonstrate their knowledge and expertise whilst learning new skills to achieve a nationally recognised qualification.

For our customers it provides a cost effective method of receiving training and ensuring a tangible improvement in staff competency and confidence through the qualification and assessment framework.”

Hartlepool College recently moved into a new £53 million campus, and its opening signals a new chapter in the College’s development.  It has enabled the College to concentrate in its traditional subject areas, whilst providing a focus on working with partners and employers in emerging sectors; such as the property industry.  This new relationship with Synergy is building on the initial successful partnership with Pattinson estate agents based in Newcastle where over 50 of their employees completed an adult apprenticeship last year.
