A Student Counselling Service is available at Hartlepool College of Further Education.
What is Counselling?
Counselling offers you a safe place to talk about your life with someone who is trained to listen without judging you.
It can help you
- - explore issues and feelings and make your own decisions
- - live, work and study in more satisfying and resourceful ways
It does not involve giving advice to you. Your tutor, family or friends do not have to be told if you have made an appointment.
Appointments can be made via:
e-mail: wendym@hartlepoolfe.ac.uk
Tel. (01429) 404018 or via Blackboard, your Course Tutor or Student Services
Hartlepool College of Further Education is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy ("BACP") and all counselling is delivered in accordance with its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. The Ethical Framework is available at www.bacp.co.uk
