You don't need formal qualifications to enrol on this course, but you should be 18+. You will benefit the most from the course if you're a current or potential first-line manager with at least two years' full-time (or three years' part-time) work experience.

8600-310 Understanding how to Motivate to Improve Performance.

User Support period is 6 months with 1:1 tutor support.
