Course content 

This qualification aims to provide learners with the underpinning knowledge that is required by employees to work in
a range of different environments within a customer service role.. The qualification aims to help learners develop
essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service tasks, such as how to manage information and supporting
events. You will learn how to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

  • Understand customers
  • Understand employer organisations
  • Understand how to communicate with customers
  • Understand how to handle customer information
  • Understand how to resolve problems and deliver customer service to challenging customers

Progression 

Learners can access a variety of other distance learning qualifications in similar disciplines. Alternatively the wide variety
of full and part time courses available at the college will accept this qualification as part of their entry requirements

You are able to apply online for all courses, however to complete your course enrolment fully, you will need to have an interview and then be accepted onto a course.
