Learners aged 19+.
Those wishing to pursue a career in the Travel, Tourism and Aviation industry.
There are no specific entry requirements, however a Level 1 qualification would be helpful.
Learners should have basic skills in Maths and English.
Working as cabin crew.
Airline health, safety and security.
Airline emergency situations.
Dealing with passengers on board an aircraft.
Cabin service - selling techniques.
Making passenger announcements.
All six mandatory units must be successfully completed to achieve the full qualification.
A combination of practical activities, role-plays and theory sessions.
There is an element of communication involved, learners will be assessed by the following:

Witness observation
Worksheets
Assignments
Professional discussion
Record of oral and written questioning.
Level 3 Adult Travel and Tourism course
Students must make every effort to attend all sessions, those with work or family commitments should be aware of the need to attend all classes, for the duration of the course.
