This course will help you to develop practical skills and knowledge for a career in the catering industry.
You should have achieved a Level 2 NVQ qualification in a similar discipline or have the relevant industrial experience (to be discussed at interview).
Students will be taught through a wide variety of teaching methods to industry standards. Students will have the opportunity to take part in vocational and residential trips. You will gain the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Professional Cookery awarded by City & Guilds.

Successful students may progress on to the Foundation Degree. Career
