Head of School - Professional and Creative Studies

Salary up to £38,850 per annum - - 37 hours per week - - Permanent - - 47 days' holiday + bank holidays - - Teachers' Pension Scheme

Hartlepool College of Further Education seeks to appoint an ambitious, innovative and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about education and can inspire others to transform students’ lives. Appointment of Student Aspirations (FutureMe) Coordinator

(Temporary position from September 2019 until July 2021)

Salary is up to £20,776.36 per annum (Term Time only, 40 Working Weeks) Based on up to £22,854 per annum (full time equivalent)

Hartlepool College of Further Education seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive Student Aspirations (FutureMe) Coordinator who has the ability to engage themselves in a project aimed at getting more young people into higher education.

The role will involve the coordination of the College's activities which will range from providing careers advice, employer engagement visits, parental engagement events and coordinating visits to higher education institutions.

Applicants should have experience of working with a wide variety of different people and organisations to deliver projects, including presentations, and should have (or be willing to work towards) an IAG qualification.

Appointment of Lecturer in Process Operations 

Salary up to £33,516 per annum - - 37 hours per week - - Permanent - - 47 days' holiday + bank holidays - - Teachers' Pension Scheme

As part of the continuing growth in engineering, Hartlepool College of Further Education seeks to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive lecturer who can assist delivery of the practical process operations curriculum.

The post-holder will contribute to a variety of subjects linked to process operations at levels 2 and 3. The classes and workshop sessions taught by the successful candidate will be dependent on their specific skill set although the College would welcome candidates with a high level of industry experience in the process sector.

The role will also involve the tutorship of a student group and/or an internal qualification verifier role depending on relevant experience and qualifications.
