What we expect a Hartlepool College of Further Education Student to be : As a part of us raising standards across the College, is it worthwhile spelling out to current and prospective learners what we expect from them and what we think it means to be a student at the College?
Should we identify the traits and behaviours we expect the College’s students to have and then explicitly share these with students and actively teach these as a part of each student’s time with us starting with marketing materials, through to induction and then central to the taught tutorial programme?
