Hartlepool College is committed to working with learners with and Education, Health and Care plan both during transition to college and whilst on programme. If you have not received a EHCP review appointment by the end of April in the academic year, it is important that you contact the college SENDCO so that the local authority can be informed and a review date scheduled.
