From Apprentice to Auto Leader

Now, at 24, he’s workshop manager at Autofab—and being tipped by his employer as the garage’s potential future owner. Ryan joined Autofab as an 18-year-old apprentice. His commitment and ability quickly earned the trust of owner Marc Wrigglesworth, who first spotted Ryan’s potential during a College work placement. “Ryan had the ability,” said Marc. “He stood out to me and the College straight away.”
