The successful applicant will join the Data Team within the College’s Data Services Department, providing high-quality administrative support and contributing to the efficient management of student registers, timetables, enrolment records, internal audit activities, and related administrative processes. The role is integral to ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of student data, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the College’s compliance with funding regulations and audit requirements.

To thrive in this role, you will be self-motivated, highly organised, and able to adopt a methodical approach to your work. Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. The successful candidate will also be expected to demonstrate and uphold the College’s RESPECT values in all aspects of their work.
