Student Support Team

We believe that student support is essential to a successful learning experience and our staff at Hartlepool College work to ensure that all students have access to the best possible guidance and support systems. Dedicated staff across the college offer a range of tailored support to all students, ensuring that each student reaches their full potential when studying with us. We're so committed to high support standards that we frequently gain the Matrix Standard; a kitemark for quality Information, Advice and Guidance provision.

Student Support is at the heart of our offer so is located on the ground floor in Student Services, beside the main reception. The team houses many specialist staff who can help with multiple aspects of support, from finance, transport through to careers, counselling and welfare. The team are happy to answer any questions and can arrange appointments or signpost to other services within the college or externally to a range of support services.
