The Trade Union Act 2016 introduced a requirement for public sector employers to publish certain information annually in respect of facility time. The regulations came into force on 1st April 2017.
The first publication is to be published by 31 July 2018 for the period 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2018. In line with the regulations, facility time information will be published annually using the same period (1 April – 31 March).
