The Flagship Restaurant has been offering fine-dining experiences at accessible prices for many years in Hartlepool. The restaurant is fully catered and staffed by our catering and hospitality learners – always under the watchful eye of our industry-experienced lecturing staff. Our talented up-and-coming chefs promise to serve you gourmet delights with impeccable service!
The restaurant is also fully licensed so serves a range of alcohol beverages as well as a fine selection of tea and coffee’s via our trained baristas.

The Flagship Restaurant is open term time every Friday 10.00am - 2:00pm from mid-September until late June. Term-Time dates are accessible HERE. Bookings can be made by calling: 01429 295000 followed by extension #2.
The Great FE Cake & Bake Stall!
Every Friday (Term time only) 10:30 am - 1:30pm. As well as offering table service 10.00 - 2.00pm, every Friday you can try delicious bakes and cakes! You can even Grab 'N' Go via our take-away service desk.
Our delightful menu offers a range of choices, from starters, mains and freshly baked desserts as well as a range of hot and cold drinks.
