Hartlepool College of Further Education is renowned for its ‘Excellence in Further and Higher Education to Transform Students' Lives’. By achieving this we have a School Liaison Officer within Hartlepool College, Amy Campbell, who is responsible for organising a wide range of liaison events and activities with schools throughout the academic year and is essentially, the face of the College at all outreach events.
Amy also coordinates the FE Life taster days with the support of the team, to ensure learners are given a great experience at HCFE. School liaison also appears in the form of:
- School Parents Evenings (Y8-Y11)
- School Lunch time Drop Ins
- School Careers Fair
- School Mock Interviews
- Open Evenings
- School Assemblies
- FE Life
- Progression Week (HCFE Students)
- JobShop (HCFE Students)
- The BIG Apprenticeship event (HCFE Students)
- HE Fair (HCFE Students)
Our School Liaison promise ensures that schools within the North East are visited by our School Liaison Officer in order to promote and advise students and parents on the courses we offer, the funding we provide, information on T-Level courses, careers information, apprenticeship information and more!
