The Specific Nature of the Role

This is an exciting time to join Hartlepool College of Further Education and secure membership of its staff as part of the School of English and maths. We are looking for an additional member of the team who brings a hard-working ethic, willingness to do well and desire to contribute and steer curriculum delivery and approaches across all English provision.

The post-holder will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of good or better teaching, learning and assessment which results in outstanding outcomes for learners.  The post-holder will contribute to a wide variety of English delivery predominantly in GCSE and  Functional Skills.  The post-holder is expected to be an excellent team player and embrace the College’s RESPECT values.
