- Planning and promoting products and services
- Body Massage
- Indian Head Massage
- Aromatherapy (pre-blended)
- Stone therapy
- Facial Electrical Treatments
Assessment criteria
Ongoing through practical observation with clients and online exams. There will be a portfolio of evidence to produce.
Progression
On successful completion of this course, you can obtain employment as a Beauty Therapist, or progress to a Foundation Degree in Salon Management. Progression is not automatic, and you will require good attendance and a suitable reference from your tutor.
Other information
All learners will be expected to comply with the industry code of practice for salon dress - grants are available for those who meet the criteria.
