This scholarship is designed to equip a new generation of skilled workers for essential industrial roles that are vital to achieving our region's Net Zero goals.
Scholarships are available to individuals aged 16 and older, with 30 spots open for a duration of up to two years in Plating (15) and Civil Operations (15)
Additionally, participants will receive £100 each week during term time to provide financial support as they enhance their skills.
Training will be conducted at Hartlepool College of Further Education.
This scholarship is sponsored by Net Zero Teesside Power and the Northern Endurance Partnership, collaborating on the Teesworks site to establish the world’s first decarbonized industrial cluster, featuring an innovative power plant equipped with carbon capture and storage technology.
