On 21 April 2021, we were delighted to hold our first higher education graduation ceremony in over two years with our partners from Teesside University. There was a full house in the College’s Conference Centre with well over 200 graduates and their guests in attendance.
The ceremony saw students graduating in an array of subject areas such as engineering, construction, art & design sport, public services, education, and travel & tourism which reflects the College’s broad higher education offer.
College Principal, Darren Hankey commented, “today was such a superb ceremony and I’m so pleased we’re finally able to have this back in the face-to-face format. The graduates have been through so much and this is superb recognition for their hard work and resilience over the last couple of years.”
Professor Mark Simpson, Pro-Vice Chancellor at Teesside University said, “today’s ceremony has been an absolute pleasure and congratulations to those who crossed the stage.”
