This course is designed for mid-level managers who want to prepare for senior management roles. You don't need any formal qualifications to enrol, but you should be 18+ with at least 2 years' full time (or 3 years' part time) work experience.

400 Understanding the Management Role to Improve Management Performance (4 credits)

408 Management Communication (3 credits)
Start any time, study at your own pace and set your own schedule.
User Support period 15 months with 1:1 tutor support.
Each unit is assignment based.
