Packed Conference Centre for Service of Remembrance
A packed Conference Centre of students, staff, and guests for our 16th Annual Service of Remembrance

Armistice Day marks a special day in the College’s calendar.  This year, the College held its 16th annual Remembrance Day service which focused on the 40th anniversary of the Falklands War as well as key statistics related to World War 1.

Staff, Leslie Gilchrist, and Paul McCully, gave two readings, and students – Kim Mellor, Ross Cope, and Mike Ewertowski – read poems related to the two conflicts.  Student, Connor Scott, read a wonderful poem about Queen Elizabeth II who sadly passed away earlier in the year.
