L3 DIPLOMA IN ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL COOKERY (KITCHEN & LARDER)

Studied on a part time basis. This course is for those who have completed a relevant Level 2 qualification within hospitality and catering. It is also suitable for those with industry experience who are looking to gain formal qualifications and progress (to be discussed at interview).

L2 C&G NVQ DIPLOMA IN CULINARY SKILLS

This qualification is for learners aged 19 and over who work or wish to work in the catering and hospitality sector as professional chefs. The programme also aims to provide opportunities for the development of transferable skills related to study and vocational aspirations that provide a platform for success.

This course is aimed at school leavers programmes who may wish to enter the Hospitality area of employment.
