L3 C&G NVQ DIPLOMA IN PROFESSIONAL COOKERY (PREPARATION & COOKING)

Apprentice opportunity or part time basis. This course is for those who have achieved an NVQ Level 2 Professional Cookery or VRQ Level 2 Diploma in Professional Cookery or anyone who has the relevant industrial experience (practical assessment will form part of the induction programme to ascertain suitability for this level).

L2 C&G NVQ DIPLOMA IN CULINARY SKILLS

This qualification is for learners aged 19 and over who work or wish to work in the catering and hospitality sector as professional chefs. The programme also aims to provide opportunities for the development of transferable skills related to study and vocational aspirations that provide a platform for success.

L1 NVQ DIPLOMA IN INTRODUCTION TO PROFESSIONAL COOKERY

This course is aimed at school leavers programmes who may wish to enter the Hospitality area of employment.
HCFE course 5473

L3 DIPLOMA IN ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL COOKERY (KITCHEN & LARDER) 7100-86

This course is suitable for those who wish to pursue a career in the hospitality industry as a chef. This qualification will provide you with the vocational skills and expertise as a part of your development as a professional chef within the hospitality and catering industry.
