LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATE IN PROFESSIONAL FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICE

This course is aimed at school leavers with an ambition to enter a career within the Hospitality and Catering Sector.
HCFE course 6260

L2 DIPLOMA IN CULINARY SKILLS

This course is for those who have achieved a NVQ Level 1 in Hospitality. You will either have achieved English and Mathematics or you will be required to achieve these alongside your study programme.

L2 C&G NVQ DIPLOMA IN CULINARY SKILLS

This qualification is for learners aged 19 and over who work or wish to work in the catering and hospitality sector as professional chefs. The programme also aims to provide opportunities for the development of transferable skills related to study and vocational aspirations that provide a platform for success.

L1 NVQ DIPLOMA IN INTRODUCTION TO PROFESSIONAL COOKERY

This course is aimed at school leavers programmes who may wish to enter the Hospitality area of employment.

L3 DIPLOMA IN ADVANCED PROFESSIONAL COOKERY (KITCHEN & LARDER)

This course is suitable for those who wish to pursue a career in the hospitality industry as a chef. This qualification will provide you with the vocational skills and expertise as a part of your development as a professional chef within the hospitality and catering industry.
